Job Summary
The Senior Marketing Manager creates a bridge between strategy and deliverables, combining B2B marketing strategy, creative, and project management expertise. They will own the development and hands on execution of marketing campaigns and projects to drive new customer acquisition, brand awareness, customer engagement, and upselling existing customers.

Essential Functions

  • Collaborate with Marketing leadership to develop, manage, and execute a fully integrated marketing strategy across all aspects of the customer journey through pre-sale to post sale support.

  • Serve as product market expert as it relates to EMS and Fire products for both ZOLL and the competition. Collects, analyzes and maintains competitive intelligence and communicates information as appropriate within the organization.

  • Develop sales training materials and executes training events for internal stakeholders

  • Take customer satisfaction as a personal goal to ensure ZOLL customers and field sales and clinical teams receive the highest level of support from marketing.

  • Provide effective management and coaching to team members in both traditional and digital marketing.


Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in communication, marketing or business required

  • Master's Degree preferred

  • 5-8+ years medical device marketing experience


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Demonstrated ability to take complex information and make it useful to customers and sales teams.

  • Demonstrated written and oral communications skills including strong presentation skills.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, negotiation and project management skills.

  • Up to date on current marketing channels and trends.

  • Excellent project management skills with proven ability to successfully manage and report out on multiple initiatives, marketing metrics, and campaigns.

  • Detail oriented and analytical, able to maintain organization, prioritize, and multi-task.

  • Proactive and creative problem-solver with a desire for continuous learning.

  • Willing to travel up to 25%
