Holton-Arms School is seeking an Assistant Varsity Crew Coach for the winter and spring of 2024-2025. The coach will have the opportunity to work with a great group of student-athletes in one of the most competitive leagues in the area and East Coast. Previous rowing experience and/or coaching experience is preferred. We are looking for driven individuals of high character who will continue to increase the competitiveness of the program and embody the school's values. The program has incredible kids who seek to compete at the collegiate level while also succeeding in the classroom and participating in multiple sports or other activities within the school. Coaches are expected to uphold the program's objectives, teach proper fundamentals, and promote sportsmanship. Schedule flexibility is required for after-school practices and weekend regattas. A safe boater license is required. The season begins November 6 with winter crew training and continues through the end of May with spring crew. Competitive stipends are provided. A background check is required.
