Holton-Arms School is seeking an Assistant Coach for Swimming and Diving for the winter beginning in November 2024. This person will have the chance to work with our head coach to lead an outstanding group of student-athletes in one of the most competitive leagues in the DC Metro area. Previous experience and/or coaching experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for driven individuals of high character who will continue to increase the competitiveness of the program and embody the school's values. The program has a great group of incredible kids who succeed in the classroom and participate in multiple sports or other activities within the school. Coaches are expected to uphold the program's objectives and enforce proper fundamentals & sportsmanship. Schedule flexibility required for after-school practices and meets. The season begins November 6, 2024, and ends in mid-February. Competitive stipends are provided. A background check is required.
