Looking for a self-starter with strong written & verbal communications skills with a background in emergency management.
Position is onsite, 5 days a week, at our main Johns Hopkins Hospital campus in Baltimore, MD.

This position is intended to support the planning and operations functions for The Johns Hopkins Hospital Office of Emergency Management (JHHOEM). This includes researching, reviewing, and drafting "all-hazards" emergency plans and polices, developing and conducting related exercises, drills, and trainings; as well as serving as a command position during activation of the Johns Hopkins Hospital Incident Command Center (HICC).
Education:
Bachelor's required. Master's in emergency management, public health, public service, or a similar concentration is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-4 years of previous work experience in an emergency management, project mgmt, public health, or public service field. Master's degree will substitute for 2 years of
work experience.
Required Licensure, Certification, Etc.:
None required. Certification healthcare emergency management (i.e., CHEP), or equivalent preferred.
