C2 seeks a Human Resource Intern to support internal corporate functions.
Summary:
As a Human Resources Intern, you will gain hands-on HR experience and an opportunity to learn about the many facets of the HR field. This position is responsible for assisting the Corporate Human Resources Department with various tasks and projects.
Essential Functions:
  • Assist with the recruitment process: review resumes, source applicants, schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, etc.
  • Assist with the onboarding process; process paperwork, input data in HRIS system
  • Assist with HR communications
  • Maintain employee records/files
  • Provide administrative support, including filing confidential documents in employee personnel files and assisting with employee mailings
  • Assist with HR related projects as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be a student currently enrolled as a sophomore or higher, pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Business or related field
  • Must have a desire to pursue a career in Human Resources
  • Must have strong written and oral communication skills
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Must work with a high sense of urgency and be able to maintain confidentially
