Job Description

Basic qualifications/experience (the required qualifications which are critical to be considered for the position:

Selected applicants will be subject to a government “Secret Clearance” and private

background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to
Classified information.

Must be a U.S. Citizen[EP1] .
Available to work flexible hours on the support desk.
Willing to travel on a regular basis.

Desired skills/certifications (any additional skills desired but not required to be considered for the position):

Strong customer service aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to troubleshoot effectively over the phone and via email.
Exceptional reasoning and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding written communication and technical writing skills.
Demonstrate strong digital organizational skills by efficiently managing emails, files, and documents to support smooth team operations and enhance productivity.
Confidently present training sessions to user groups (both classroom and desk side

training).

Experience with standard desktop applications and Internet browsers.
Background developing customized educational curriculum, training materials, and

course content for software applications and support tools.
