Responsibilities:

• Provide interpreter/translator services in support of personal protective, guard force, and emergency response team security services.
• TCN/LN ITs shall not be included in nor exposed to any operational security matters.
• TCN/LN ITs shall not receive an encrypted radio nor shall they be allowed to carry a cell phone of any type while on duty.

Qualifications:

For bio approval, the IT shall meet the following qualifications:

• Must be a U.S. citizen/TCN/LN, as specified by the TO.
• Must demonstrate Level 3 English language proficiency.
• Must demonstrate Level 3 language proficiency in all languages/dialects identified in the TO.

Upon bio approval and before beginning work on the contract, the IT shall:

• Attend and successfully complete the NPSS training course, as outlined in WPS III IDIQ, Attachment 2, Training.
• Obtain and maintain a Personnel Security Clearance/Public Trust determination, or RSO Vetting Approval as identified in the TO.
• Possess no impediments to traveling overseas to and within countries that are considered dangerous or unhealthy in general, or to the country or countries assigned in the applicable TO.
