Job Description
Description: NSI requires a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Logistics Analyst to support multiple P-8 Poseidon FMS Programs (PMA-290). Supports pre-case, initial, and sustaining Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) requirements for multiple FMS cases, to include site surveys, spares, support equipment, publications, training, configuration management, software and transportation requirements.  Coordinates prospective changes to aircraft/avionics/weapons/support equipment quantities and operating aircraft.  Provides ILS support to the APML and Program/Case Manager as tasked.  Research supply support issues, investigate and provide guidance on changes to maintenance philosophy. Forecast aircraft spares for consumable, repairable, and WRAs based on MTBF, MTBR, and MTTR including financial considerations.  Track technical queries, FST requests, support equipment procurement, and FDRL task progress.  Maintenance planning to include support equipment review, manpower assessment, and forecasting SMI/flight hour/APU hour/engine hour inspections based on operational tempo.  Assists engineering with research, technical data procurement, and response to RFIs as well as technical queries.

Location: Lexington Park, MD

Education: Bachelor’s degree required or Associates with total years of expedience.

Experience: Minimum of six years of relevant work experience supporting U.S. Government programs is required.  Minimum 3 years of experience in FMS.  P-8 Poseidon platform knowledge/experience preferred. 

Security Clearance: Secret Clearance is required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
