Purpose of Position | This role will oversee the Center for Student Engagement. It will include oversight and direct advising of a number of areas including but not limited to Fraternity and Sorority Life, Leadership programs, student organizations, service, Activities Program Board, Homecoming and Victorfest. Provide direct supervision to professional staff of four (4), various student employees and a graduate assistant. Attend programs and events outside of normal business hours, this includes evenings and weekends. Create and cultivate partnerships with staff, faculty, alumni, and community members that focus on student success and developing a sense of belonging. Work to develop new and innovative programs that will reach on-line students, adult and transfer students. |

Qualifications | Master's Degree in Higher Education, Counseling, Organizational Leadership, Psychology, Public Administration or a related field and 4 years of related experience.
