About your Role:
AsaMental Health Professional,you willwork with adults aged18 and older who have been discharged lesser levels of care such as an adult family home or Assisted living facility, and need additional behavior supports to maintain that placement.You will meet with the client and support systems to create a Safety and Crisis Plan and Individual Behavior Support Plan, and meet with the client weekly to focus and work toward their reported goals.You will engage family members and the residential staff, collaborating and educating them on ways to more successfully work with the clients.You will maintain ongoing evaluations, progress notes, plans, and meeting documentation to show client progress or behaviors to address. This position works an after-hour phone crisis response approximately 1 week every 3 months.

Does the following apply to you?
1. Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field
2. Bachelors degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
3. Licensed in Washington as a Social worker, Mental health counselor, or other Behavioral health provider or be licensed at an Associate level in one of these disciplines. An application as a Certified or Licensed Agency Affiliated Counselor is needed until the Associate license is secured.
4. Licensed in Washington as a Behavior Analyst with accompanying Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst.
