Manager, Process Manager - Customer Data

As a data management process team member on the Enterprise Customer Data Management team, you will be partnering with engineers and product owners in making sure our data meets the highest levels of quality and governance. Our divisional data footprint is expansive and leveraged across the entire organization.

As a data management team member you will leverage process management and technical skills to document, build, and maintain well-managed data solutions in our target state platforms. This is a hands-on, tactical, and visible role that will allow an individual to partner with multiple teams and various levels of the organization in successfully managing this expansive data footprint.

Support enterprise customer teams in managing day to day data management & governance responsibilities:

  • Partner with enterprise customer tech teams in registering data accurately and completely

  • Lead and contribute to data management & governance initiatives and deliver target state features

  • Enable line of business units to exit their local systems of record into a centralized system for customer information

  • Review / manage / resolve sensitive data findings and work with tech teams to build a repeatable processes to support resolution of new findings

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in Process management

  • At least 3 years of experience in Stakeholder management

  • At least 3 years of troubleshooting experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Business Management, Process Management, Project Management, Computer Science or Information Systems

  • 2+ years of experience with NPI and Privacy data rules

  • 2+ years of programming skills (ie SQL, Python, etc.)

  • 2+ years of data modeling experience
