About your Role:

As a Recovery Specialist you will serve as a fully functioning member of the ACT, TACT or CBI team providing needed treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to consumer with severe and persistent mental illnesses. Participating in the on-boarding of new staff to the team in the capacity of a peer mentor.

Does the following apply to you?

• Willing and able to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as per consumers needs
• Masters Degree in Human Services (Counseling, Psychology, Mental Health or Social Work, etc.) and 1 year of experience working with the severely mentally ill at the Recovery Specialist level
• Valid drivers license and automobile insurance
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• ACT, TACT or CBI experience preferred

Assertive Community Treatment (ACT)

ACT is a specialty service that involves a multidisciplinary team approach offered in the adults natural setting. Focused on helping those who have not been successfully engaged in services and/or those who have not benefited from traditional mental health services for individuals aged 25 and older.

Transitional Assertive Community Treatment (TACT)

TACT is a subset of ACT, serves consumers from 18-29. TACT help those who have not been successfully engaged in services and/or those who have not benefited from traditional mental health services.
