Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for researching claim denials and preparing services for resubmission within timely filing deadlines
- Responsible for processing claim denials from payers to ensure prompt payment.
- Data entry of notes for outstanding balances
- The process required paperwork per various payer requirements.
- Working with the ReM team to reconcile issues.
- Responsible for remaining current on all payer requirements.
- Maintain procedural manuals, cross-training, and coverage of the team's work.
- Provide exceptional Customer Service.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School degree, equivalent or higher.
- Medical Insurance experience preferred
