Outpatient Mental Health Clinician - FT/PT available
This position provides an important support for our clients. In this Clinician / Therapist role, you will utilize your knowledge of theories and clinical practice experience to make clinical recommendations, implement and review treatment plans, psycho-therapy progress notes, perform assessments and discharge summaries. You will have opportunities to both lead groups and provide individual therapy for adults and youth. Through collaboration with other treatment providers, you will provide support and communication to clients with behavioral health diagnoses to enable their continued success. Our Clinician attends supervisions, staff meetings, adheres to payor, company, and HIPAA standards and practices. At the start of IOP, clients struggle to emotionally regulate and build healthy relationships but by graduation they will be able to do both. This position begins as Part-Time with the potential to move up to Full-Time (30+ hours) as a caseload builds.
