Description

Performs a variety of professional duties required to provide professional technical support for one or more computer applications for a specific organizational or divisionwide clientele; trains end-users.

Qualifications

Required

• Any combination of education and experience equivalent to an associate degree in computer science or information systems with courses in a field related to the assigned organization or clientele.
• Two (2) years of progressively more responsible experience supporting information technology.
• Knowledge of principles, concepts, and methods of applicable computer technology and its most effective and efficient utilization to support the functions of the assigned organization or clientele.
• Analytical ability.
• Ability to develop and design reports and manage data.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

• Ability to manage school wide special education operations using software such SEA-STARS.
• Experience in special education data analysis.

Salary Range

$68,138 - $115,949
