Description

Performs the full range of professional duties required to design, develop, modify, and enhance computer applications for a specific organizational or divisionwide clientele; displays knowledge of and/or has responsibility for all facets of all applications specific to an organization or divisionwide; develops functional requirements, plans, and performs acceptance testing; participates in all phases of planning, organizing, and researching a team approach to problem-solving for the functional applications support team (FASTeam) mission; provides consultative services to users and management; trains end-users.

Qualifications

Required

• Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems with courses in a field related to the assigned organization or clientele.
• Five (5) years of progressively more responsible experience in the information technology support field.
• Knowledge of principles, concepts, and methods of applicable computer technology and its effective and efficient utilization in support of the functions of the assigned organization or clientele.
• Effective human resource and organizational skills.
• Analytical ability.
• Ability to design reports and manage data.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Salary Range

$81,300 - $138,347
