Torch Technologies is seeking a Counter-small Unmanned Aircraft Systems Training Integration Analyst.The successful candidate is an action-oriented, self-motivated person with a basic understanding of the C-sUAS mission. The Training Integrator will support the Operations Division Chief, Deputy Division Chief, and Division leadership as directed. Serves as the C-sUAS focal point to synchronize, integrate, and coordinate training efforts for Operations with all stakeholders including, but not limited to Office of the Secretary of Defense, Joint Staff, Military Services, and training providers for CONUS and OCONUS activities.
Duties will include:
- Maintain awareness and track existing Service, Inter-Service, Joint, and International efforts in the C-sUAS training realm.
- Synchronize enterprise training initiatives with leadership, internal and external personnel.
- Create products, processes, schedules, and reports as necessary and or as directed to support JCO leadership decisions.
- Update and brief organizational leaders regularly on existing actions to include the impact of actions and provide recommendations on the way ahead.
- Facilitate Operational Planning Teams & Working Group meetings as needed.
- Analyze processes, issues, concerns and provide growth-oriented solutions to solve C-sUAS training challenges.
- Prepare written products (reports, info papers, executive summaries) to shape and defend JCO C-sUAS training efforts.
- Serve as the interorganizational SME for C-sUAS training.
- Coordinate with multiple agencies in order integrate C-sUAS training.
- Prepare and present briefings and report to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Answer requests for information from C-sUAS and stakeholders as required.
- Top Secret/SCI level security clearance is required
- Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred
- 5-10 years of related work experience
- Must have a basic understanding of the Counter Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) mission
- Senior Military Staff experience required
