Valiant is seeking Marketing Analysts and Consultants to provide support to an Intelligence Community program in the Northern Virginia area. Job duties may include:

• Provide communications consultation to assist in internal and external outreach efforts to promote understanding of mission and operational initiatives.
• Develop and integrate consistent branding across communication mediums (e.g., web, print, video).
• Advise on, analyze and support the implementation of feedback mechanisms (qualitative and quantitative) and draft monthly metrics reports for leadership to gauge workforce engagement and effectiveness of internal communication.
• Conduct annual communications audits to include engagement surveys and focus group metrics.
• Attend working groups and forums, draft meeting minutes, and collaborate with the Sponsor's Chief Communications Officer to address component multimedia/communication requirements consistent with the Sponsor's overall strategy.
• Conduct market analysis of internal stakeholders impacted by marketing/advertising efforts. Gather and analyze evidence to understand user needs and appetite for products.
• Gather insight on staff communication usage, needs, and preferences. Use data to inform selection of internal communication channels.

Requirements:

* A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.

* Demonstrated expertise in conducting documentary research, developing
interview criteria, conducting primary source interviews and conducting expert level presentations.

*Demonstrated experience communicating project status and managing priorities.

* Proficiency with the use of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, etc.

* Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
