Valiant is seeking Watch Officers for challenging opportunities with Northern Virginia federal government client. Watch Officers work on integrated government/contractor teams and with Intelligence Community (IC) partners to perform critical, fast-paced intelligence analysis. Cleared candidates at any skill level are encouraged to apply.

• Must have a current/active TS/SCI with polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience in the IC.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience preparing and presenting briefings to consumers at all levels.
• Ability to direct sensitive missions in a fast-paced, high-impact 24/7 operations center to satisfy collection requirements and maximize resource effectiveness.
• Experience with crisis management in high-risk or high consequence environments to include federal or state law enforcement, military or intelligence operations.
• Knowledge of the intelligence life cycle and how to provide effective support through all stages.
• Ability to work on a weekly rotating shift.
• Experience with intelligence operations, analysis and support to field operations.
• Overseas experience supporting collection operations and information sharing.
