Job Description

ANALYGENCE has an immediate opportunity for a SharePoint Administrator. In this role you will be responsible to administer databases and or data management systems that allow for the secure storage, query, protection, and utilization of data.

ANALYGENCE provides our government client with SETA support to include the application of cyber acquisition and program management expertise resulting in superior performance of command-wide programs and operations. Our support furthers the mission to unify the direction of cyberspace operations, strengthen DoD cyberspace capabilities, and integrate and bolster DoD's cyber expertise.

  • Maintain, monitor and analyze SharePoint sites, databases and associated programs.
  • Analyze and plan for anticipated changes in data capacity requirements.
  • Responsible for maintenance and documentation of organizational and operational sites, SharePoint sites and databases
  • Coordinate with external partners to ensure adequate system administration and infrastructure needs are met.
  • Support day-to-day operations and administration of internal and external websites and databases and migration to the latest version of SharePoint and database systems
  • Review websites for adherence to organization specifications/standards and troubleshoot system -related problems.
  • Maintain information exchanges through publish, subscribe, and alert functions that enable users to send and receive critical information as required.
  • Monitor and maintain databases to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform backup and recovery of databases to ensure data integrity.
  • Monitor, assign, and close taskers to include TD, RDI, PEO, CPO, BOAT, and JICMO.
  • Track and report on GO/FO or CMD taskers that need immediate input.
  • Active follow up with Action Officers on assigned tasks with status and to reminders of due dates, and late tasks.
  • Responsible for maintaining the Confluence Page which covers SLT (Senior Leadership Team) weekly updates.
  • Responsible for briefings and requesting updates from respective divisions prior to the weekly SLT briefs to the Director.
  • Active TS/SCI w/ Poly required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevantfield.
  • An active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP).
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in developing, implementing, and managing a portfolio of projects within an organization.
  • Experience running master schedules and complex project timelines within Microsoft Project.
  • Provide advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff.
  • Ability to manage competing tasks.
  • Easily works within and across teams.
  • Familiar working with technical professionals and other SMEs.
  • Strong meeting coordination and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Teams or similar workplace chat and videoconferencing tools.
