The Investigational Drug Service Pharmacy Technician is responsible for a variety of duties to assist in preparing and dispensing of investigational products, sterile compounding of investigational products, inventory maintenance and storage temperature monitoring, use and management of electronic systems to support pharmacy procedures and, maintaining documentation in compliance with protocols, policies and regulations.

Hours:

Full Time (40 hours)

Day Shift, Weekdays

Qualifications:

  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Registered in the State of Maryland as a Pharmacy Technician.
  • Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification required.
  • Minimum of 3-6 months of work experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a hospital pharmacy setting preferred.
  • Intravenous (IV) Certification within 90 days of hire.
