Job Description

The General Services Coordinator II (Receptionist) is responsible for managing the front desk and assisting a variety of General Admin administrative tasks. A reliable and friendly receptionist to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to multitasks effectively in a fast paced professional environment.

Responsibilities:
Answer phones and greet external & internal clients in a professional and courteous manner. Manage incoming & outgoing mails. Maintaining general supplies and purchasing orders. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material. Assist in sorting mails, writing letters, data entry, preparing for meetings, and other administrative duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Good written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person, and over the phone.
Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries.
English & Korean Bilingual required.
