Melwood is hiring a Corporate Giving Coordinator to join our Fund Development Team. The Corporate Giving Coordinator is primarily responsible for identifying, qualifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding relationships with current, lapsed, and prospective sponsorship donors for Melwood special events. This position will also be responsible for identifying and building relationships with new prospective corporate donors, as well as managing outreach to current, lapsed, and prospective corporate donors giving under $10,000 a year.

  • Serve as the day-to-day lead for corporate sponsors to secure sponsorships for Melwood special events. Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure fulfillment of sponsorship commitments and earned benefits.
  • Serve as the Fund Development Team liason for all Melwood special events. Support special events planning by creating sponsorship opportunities and materials.
  • Create, in conjunction with the Director of Corporate & Foundation Giving, manage, and execute outreach and engagement strategies with current, lapsed, and prospective corporate donors giving less than $10,000 a year.
  • Represent Melwood at events with a focus on identifying and recruiting new corporate donors.
  • Support the Director of Corporate & Foundation Giving, Vice President of Fund Development, Chief Executive Officer, board members, and program leadership in corporate partnership development.
