The Dietitian works collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary health team to promote wellness, maintain current health, and/or intervene in acute or chronic illness in the pediatric population. The position utilizes the Nutrition Care Process to provide quality care to patients with complex disease requiring specialized nutrition support. The Dietitian acts within the scope of practice and is responsible for patient outcomes that meet the high standards of care provided by JHACH.

Qualifications
* Requires a Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university
* Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist by the Commission on Dietetic Registration, Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
* Dietetics/Nutritionist Licensure in the State of Florida
* Specialty certification from an approved nutrition related area (i.e. CSP, CDE, CNSC, CLC)
* At least 1 year in clinical setting.
* Must be able to travel to outreach locations for some patient assignments.
