M9 Solutions is seeking aFull Stack Developer to work on a government contract for a client located inWashington, DC. An active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, debug, and advance the features of the production system by working effectively.
- Use Git source control, Jira ticketing for bugs and features, and documentation development on Confluence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Work Authorization: US Citizenship is required.
- An active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, or related field, or and additional 3+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
- AWS certified developer associate is required.
- 3+ years in Java, Python, SQL, JavaScript, and React experience or certifications.
- 1+ years of experience with Material UI.
- Experience with the Java Hibernate object relational mapper.
- Experience with software testing to include unit testing and the use of testing frameworks on both the backend and frontend.
- Experience in Java, Hibernate, AWS (S3, API Gateway, Lambda, RDS, EC2, ECS), PostgreSQL, JavaScript, React, Material UI, Python, Linux Shell Commands, Docker, Nginx, Agile/Scrum Process, Atlassian Confluence, Jira, Git, and GitHub/GitLab.
- Knowledge of both the backend and frontend architectures of the product under development.
- Ability to be flexible to changes in the technology stack and to learn new skills independently as the needs of the product change over time.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Familiarity and experience with the intelligence community and the intel cycle.
- Experience working in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in backlog management, including Epic, Feature, User Story development, and refinement.
- Experience with Confluence and Jira.
- Experience with the Microsoft 365 suite.
- Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with team members.
