Key Role:

Provide Content Server configuration services for business processes to meet business needs and requirements. Apply advanced consulting and extensive technical expertise, including full industry knowledge. Develop solutions to complex business problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with configuration and customization of OpenText Content Server solutions to meet specific business requirements and objectives

• Experience with developing and maintaining technical documentation, including configuration specifications and user guides to support deployments and end-user training

• Ability to analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and automation within the Content Server environment

• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into user stories

• Ability to design and implement metadata schemas, taxonomies, and security models in the Content Server platform to ensure efficient content organization and access control

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

• HS diploma or GED

• Bachelor's degree

• Content Server Business Analyst Certification
