Program Manager II

Major Area of Responsibility:

  • Provide program management expertise in the areas of undercover operations, confidential human sources, asset forfeiture, technical surveillance, and operational technologies.
  • Provides management and technical direction to program personnel.
  • Produce accurate and timely management reports.
  • Will regularly exercise independent judgement, as well as a high-level of analytical skill in solving complex technical, administrative, and managerial problems.
  • Will be responsible for all aspects of program performance.
  • Responsible for all aspects of program performance.
  • Accountable for all aspects of program performance (ie, technical, contractual, administrative, and financial)
  • Provide technical and financial reports to show progress and OEE management.
  • Maintain law enforcement contacts to facilitate operational support.
  • Assume the initiative and provide support to OEE management in identifying future requirements.
  • Develop, maintain, and implement a program management plan that guides the performance of all functional activities performed on the program.
  • Ability to obtain SCI Clearance required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Communicates (both verbal and written form) with customers, prime contractors, and subcontractor's contacts.
  • Monitor and review contracts and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Recommend, develop, and maintain contract databases, computer software systems and manual filing systems.
  • Interact with internal and external customers regarding invoicing.
  • Complete all deliverables promptly and within the specified time frames.
  • View and update customer business, additions, and changes.
  • TS Clearance is required.

Physical Environment and Demands:

  • Work takes place in a traditional office setting including regular computer use.

Skills:

  • Ability to be trained, adaptability and cooperative attitude.
  • Ability to apply analytical and technical knowledge of programs and contracts.
  • Ability to apply skills related to this role.
  • Basic understanding of related processes, the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Education:

  • Education: BA/BS in relevant subject matter required

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years required

Experience or educational background in the following:

  • Computing and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Business
  • Management
