We are looking for a EPIC Trainer. The EPIC Trainer will educate and support providers and staff on efficient inbasket management workflows. The position requires excellent presentation and verbal skills as well as the ability to self-motivate and work independently.

Location: 6225 Smith Ave. Baltimore, MD 21209

Shift: Exempt - Full-time - 40 hours per week - Mon-Fri - 8:00 - 5:00 p.m.

What You'll Need to be Successful:

  • High School Diploma or GED required, a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum three (3) years of clinical and healthcare experience required. One (1) year of Epic Ambulatory experience highly preferred. Working knowledge of medical insurance, payer contracts and participating agreements is required. Demonstrated experience training adults in small and large group settings using multiple media formats.
  • Required Licensure, Certification, Etc.: Active Johns Hopkins electronic health record user in good standing preferred. Must be able to obtain Johns Hopkins Epic Credentialing within first year. Certifications in Instructional Design and Development, Distance Learning or Web-based Training highly preferred. Other training and development or project management certifications a plus.
