We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to work with our Structural Technologies team for concrete strengthening projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, project management, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget. They should have working knowledge in concrete section enlargements, carbon fiber reinforced polymers, steel plate strengthening, or post-tension system strengthening and modification. Deep knowledge in any particular construction strengthening technology is a benefit, but moderate level of understanding across the full suite of repair methodologies is a necessity. The role is an active connection between our engineering and products departments and our construction licensees who perform the work. The focus is on ensuring that the licensees perform the projects with the highest levels of quality, safety, schedule, and budget controls.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Scope Review: Review project plans, identify Strengthening work scope. Coordinate with design and constructions team to ensure all aspects of the scope items are aligned.

Budget and Schedule: Coordinate with engineering and estimating teams to develop initial or final budget estimate and schedule for clients.

Team Leadership: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, contractors, and consultants. Ensure clear communication at key moments of project leverage.

Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance on concrete strengthening techniques, materials, and best construction practices.

Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Constantly communicate with project management team to monitor project progress and suggest alternate procedures, as necessary.

Quality Control: Observe and follow-up on the quality of work performed, ensuring it meets or exceeds company standards and regulatory requirements.

Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on concrete strengthening or repair.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Proficient in project management software and tools.
