LOCATION: On-site (Hybrid) Stafford, VA (3 days in office/2 virtual)

STATUS: Funded

TRAVEL: Up to 10%

CLEARANCE: Secret

DESCRIPTION: Patricio Enterprises (PE) is seeking a Sr. Logistics Analyst to support Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV) Field Level Technical Manual Management.

Primary duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Create and manage the PM AAA Comment Resolution Matrix (CRM) for the review of draft TMs and shall reconcile CRM responses and provide additional comments, if required.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of the TM's source data delivered in XML format and ensure compliance with the TMCR and applicable MIL-STD.
  • Provide its analysis to the PM AAA TM manager.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis associated with work packages delivered with TM deliveries and shall determine and provide the Flesch-Kincaid Grade Level study to the PM AAA TM manager.
  • Maintain a PM AAA-developed spreadsheet tracking status of reported issues, to include system functionality and user issues with the Interactive Authoring and Display Systems (IADS).
  • Maintain paper and electronic copies of draft TMs delivered to PM AAA by outside agencies.
  • Assist with validating the accuracy and completeness of all change page information with delivered TMs.
  • Assist in the development of a Government Statement of Objectives (SOO) used to support IADS with Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM).
  • Assist in the Government's development of Letters of Instruction (LOI) for site visits and shall provide TM briefings to Marine users.
  • Assist and participate in all aspects of TM validation.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • A working knowledge of IADS is required.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Detail oriented and organized.
  • Able to manage multiple projects at one time.
  • Ability to research, analyze, and evaluate information to provide multiple courses of action.
  • Ability to express ideas effectively orally and in writing
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

      EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

      • 6-8 years of related professional experience with a bachelor's degree.
      • Experience supporting an ACAT Level I - III program of record.
      • Experience providing life cycle support for systems and equipment.
      • Experience reviewing Operator and Maintenance TMs and analyzing source data in XML format, ensuring compliance with TMCRs and applicable MIL-STDs.
      • Experience analyzing work packages delivered with TMs to determine the Flesch-Kincaid Grade Level.
      • Experience tracking historical issues.
      • Experience maintaining the CRM used to review draft TMs, tracking, discussing, and reconciling all feedback and input to ensure completeness and accuracy of change pages and quality in the updated document.
      • Experience participating in all aspects of TM validation, providing TM briefings, and maintaining a TM repository.
      • Experience developing LOIs for site visits, as well as SOO.

      The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is sedentary work which requires the following physical activities: sitting, reaching, sifting, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity. Occasionally lift up to 20lbs.

      This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, photocopiers, filing cabinets.

      TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Up to 10% by ground and / or air transportation.
