Poland Air Defense Forces (PAF), Patriot Missile Air Defense Systems

Position:
The PM acts as the single point of contact for all activities with the SAT Manager/COR for this contract. The PM will immediately inform the SAT Manager/COR of any issues, problems or concerns that pertain to scheduled activities.

This person filling this position is not required to be in-country.

Duties Include:

  • Responsible for all course planning, TAFT operations, and providing all required evaluations per the PWS.
  • Responsible for the overall operation of the TAFT.
  • Overall management of team responsibilities to achieve the standards of this PWS. This includes recruitment, retention, and replacement of personnel to fill all labor categories, as well as overall management of the Patriot IBCS Program.
Qualifications
  • Preferred to have at least a bachelor's degree (no particular major subject required) and two (2) years of experience in managing programs, training, and oversight for projects of a similar size and scope. If no bachelor's degree, then six (6) years of experience in managing programs, training, and oversight for projects of a similar size and scope.
  • Possesses the experience and expertise necessary to successfully coordinate, recruit, and sustain faculty, staff, and logistical support of the Patriot IBCS system in Poland.
  • MUST possess an Active Department of Defense SECRET Security Clearance
