The Senior Vice President, Healthcare Platform provides engineering-oriented strategic, operational, architectural, and product development support for Infor's Healthcare software development Team. The SVP will be a product leader, experienced in developing solutions for the healthcare industry, with a track record in driving new product capabilities from initial concept to successful delivery and market leadership. The SVP will be a customer and design-obsessed leader with the ambition, experience, and passion to take Infor Healthcare solutions to the next level of success.

Day in The Life Typically Includes:

* Lead and develop large, multiple teams (total ~1500) of software professionals to optimize the experience of frontline clinical and back-office healthcare professionals

* Build, scale and maintain healthcare applications. Serve as the software development delivery owner for many modules that span across HCM, Finance, Supply Chain, Workforce Management and Clinical interoperability.

* Own and manage large and complex technical deliveries that are critical to the success of the Infor Healthcare solutions.

* As a strong leader, empower agile teams, holding team members accountable to deliver on roadmap requirements, guiding team to design highly usable software

* Create an organization that has a well-coordinated vision and a cohesive strategy; gaining internal and external credibility, that has operational excellence.

* Perform the role of product and team champion to promote / evangelize the product with marketing, sales, support, professional services, partners, and customers.

* Identify and evaluate new technological developments

* Experience scaling organizations and engineering in a fast changing, complex environment.
