Director of Patient Access Job Summary:

The Director of Patient Access is responsible for the effective and efficient operations that support processes in place to facilitate expedient access to quality healthcare services for Bridgepoint Healthcare District of Columbia locations. The Director of Patient Access will inform and execute the strategic direction and brand of patient access for Bridgepoint Healthcare that aligns with long term vision and goals He/She will be responsible to develop, implement and monitor all day-to-day operations and employees for admission services. Director of Patient Access will focus on ensuring the highest quality of services for patients, providers, and payers.

Qualifications

Education: BSN/Respiratory Therapists/ PT/OT/SLP/LPN required and master's in health-related field preferred.

Licenses/Certification: Current Nursing, Respiratory Therapy, PT/OT/SLP license.

Experience: Minimum of three (3) years case management experience to include leadership and management. Minimum of five (5) years acute care clinical experience
