We are seeking an accomplished and skilled Engineer Leader 1 (EL1) to lead and manage our projects/programs while building client trust and validating a world class solution. The EL1 leads engineering best practices across most disciplines and has applied experience with coaching and mentoring concepts and methods.

Job Responsibilities:

The Engineering Leader 1 is responsible for applied knowledge and experience in developing and maintaining strong trusting relationships.

* Leading complex technical discussions, projects, and/or programs.

* Validating world class technical solutions on projects.

* Ensuring engineering best practices are followed across multiple engineering and solution disciplines.

* Managing all technical risk on a project.

* Leading and managing engineering teams on a project

* Leading multiple engineering disciplines to develop new and upcoming engineers and technical experts.

* Preparing and presenting client-specific solutions.

* Leading the development and maintenance of project artifacts that are required to ensure success for a project.

* Identifying, recommending, and implementing work process improvements.

* Reviewing all technical project details before implementation.

* Leading and managing the integration of data from multiple company systems and analyzing the data to draw insights on project technical solution.

* Ensuring all safety regulations are adhered to and issues identified and resolved.

* Maintaining a positive, assertive relationship with all project personnel to achieve project milestones and overall project success.

• Applied experience in reviewing and correcting construction drawings and construction project standards.
• Applied knowledge of fabrication and installation standards and specifications

The Engineering Leader 1 must have experience with:

* MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access)

* MS Outlook Mail

* Engineering Document Management System (EDMS)

* Microsoft Visio

* SharePoint

* Various applicable technical programming platforms: Niagara, WonderWare, Allen Bradley, Distech, Siemens, Ignition, Etc.

Education, Experience & Training:

The Engineering Leader 1requirededucation and training is:

* a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Systems Engineering preferably from an ABET accredited program with 7-9 years of experience in any Engineering discipline with Construction experience

OR

* a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Systems Engineering preferably from an ABET accredited program with 5-7 years of experience in any Engineering discipline with Construction experience

The Engineering Leader 1preferrededucation and training is:

* Fundamentals of Engineering (FE/EIT) certification

* Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) certification

* Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) training

* National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET) training

Abilities:
