Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Continuous Improvement Engineer will be responsible for leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, increase operational efficiency, and drive cost savings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving process improvement and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute continuous improvement projects and initiatives, utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant methodologies to streamline processes and enhance operational performance. Identify and analyze operational inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement through data collection, process mapping, and root cause analysis. Develop and implement strategies to reduce waste, improve quality, and increase productivity throughout the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on improvement goals and facilitate change management as necessary. Monitor and report on the progress of improvement projects, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI analysis. Provide training and mentorship to team members to build a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. Drive a culture of problem-solving and innovation, fostering a mindset of continuous improvement throughout the organization. Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in continuous improvement to bring new ideas and approaches to the team.

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
