Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Technology or Engineering
- Minimum of 20 years experience as a Fire Control Technician (FT) operating AN/BYG-1
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix.
- Familiarity with AN/BYG-1 and AN/BQQ-10, or AN/BLQ-10
- Must have strong organizational and analytical skills as well as practical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure with little supervision and be able to manage multiple projects and issues simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Operation in an Information Technology Customer support capacity.
- Technical certifications are (NET+, SECURITY+, CCNA, CISSP)
- High level of knowledge of Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
- Creative thinking with the ability to multi-task
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Team player who thrives in collaborative environments and revels in team success
- Must be a fast learner.
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen
