The Marketing Specialist for Brightview Senior Living is a newly created position on our corporate Marketing team designed to support our 46 communities in their ability to generate leads and maintain high occupancy by providing brand marketing support.

If you are a Marketing enthusiast with at least 3 years of experience who is detailed-oriented and excellent at setting and managing schedules and campaigns while thinking strategically .... .... Brightview Senior Living wants to talk to you!


Responsibilities

What will you be doing:

  • Develop, implement, and track marketing campaigns such as email, direct mail, digital campaigns, events, traditional media, and more.
  • Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met.
  • Ensure messaging is consistent between print and digital on projects requested by the sales team
  • Review marketing requests from sales teams to ensure all necessary information is included for internal marketing and ad agency assignments.
  • Manage requests for new community signage, including new A-frame signs, banners, flags, and directional signage.
  • Work with the marketing team and regional sales to develop quarterly lead-generation tactics.
  • Oversee photography shoot
  • Manage marketing promotional items vendor to include processing orders and invoices.
  • Consult with the Director of Marketing on requests for marketing pieces that require new creative


Qualifications

You may be a great fit if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in traditional and digital marketing
  • Strong knowledge of various marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Canva, Hubspot, CRM Systems, and Email Marketing Platforms
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with our ad agency, sales teams, and Brightview community associates.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting demanding and competing deadlines, producing high-quality work, and projecting a positive attitude.
