Job Description Summary

Are you passionate about driving organizational growth and developing top talent? We have an exciting internship opportunity on our Organizational Development and Talent Management team. Join us to gain hands-on experience in implementing strategies that shape our company's culture, enhance employee engagement, and foster talent development.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement Initiatives:

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement programs and initiatives.

  • Assist in conducting employee surveys, analyzing feedback, and proposing actionable recommendations.

  • Help organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and events that foster a positive work environment.

Performance Management:

  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of performance management systems.

  • Support the team in providing training and guidance to managers on performance appraisal processes.

  • Contribute to the analysis of performance data and identification of trends or areas for improvement.

Learning and Development:

  • Collaborate with the team to develop and deliver training programs and workshops.

  • Support the administration of learning management systems and tracking of employee training records.

  • Assist in conducting needs assessments and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Organizational Development Projects:

  • Contribute to ongoing projects focused on organizational design, change management, and culture enhancement.

  • Conduct research, gather data, and assist in the development of recommendations for organizational improvement.

  • Help coordinate and communicate change initiatives to ensure successful implementation.

Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Graphic design skills a plus

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
