We have an excellent opportunity for a Remote Early Career Cost Schedule Analyst.

What you will do:

The Remote Early Career Cost Schedule Analyst will provide project cost and schedule data to project managers and corporate executives for environmental remediation and construction projects.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Create, update, and maintain Earned Value Reporting using a variety of spreadsheet-based tools, and project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project scheduling tools
  • Provide analysis of project cost.
  • Schedule daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
  • Update opportunity and contract files.
  • Assist with monthly progress reporting requirements.

What you will need:

  • B.S. degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Geology, or related field.
  • 1-5 years' experience in project controls preferred.
  • Experience in developing, updating, and maintaining Earned Value Management Systems for project tracking desirable.
  • Proficient working with computer programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
  • Advanced skills in building spreadsheets are necessary.
  • Ability to use the Internet for research, as well as download/upload files.
  • Possesses proven ability to work in a team environment.
  • Aptitude to understand, present technical information, and multitask across a number of programs.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
