Job Description

We have a unique opportunity for a 2024 Summer Intern to join our talented Professional Services team from May 20, 2024 - August 9, 2024. This position will not only span the breadth of multiple fields of study and backgrounds, but also offers a one-of-a-kind opportunity to attain one to two key industry recognized certifications. We will be hiring for both Technical and Functional roles. The successful candidate will be supporting a direct client facing program delivery team or an operational department such as contracts, business development, or marketing. This internship captures skills sets across all backgrounds and will allow the intern to participate in a variety of scope and program activities. Our unique summer internship also includes two certification preparation classes. The course schedule is being finalized, but prior interns have earned certifications in Information Technology Service Management, DevOps, ServiceNow and Agile.

Qualifications

Required

    Must be a Rising College Senior, graduating in Winter 2024 or Spring 2025
  • Minimum GPA 3.0
  • One prior office setting experience desired
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are required
  • Ability to problem-solve and use analytical abilities
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation skills in both oral and written form
  • Genuine desire to learn is essential
  • Must be able to maintain government eligibility requirements
  • Ability to work independently as tasks are assigned
  • Passion for learning and studying to attain two industry recognized certifications
  • Ability to excel in a remote environment while engaging with the Team
  • Technical background and skills, including coding and development required for technical intern roles

Preferred

  • Knowing one programming language is a plus, but not a requirement
