Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Support Services to join our team and provide invaluable support to the Army National Guard Recruiting Operations Center.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

    Provide administrative support for the HRR Division.
  • Track and report all incoming and outgoing Task Management Tool (TMT) documents including Presidential Inquires, Congressional Inquiries, Awards, Exception to Policies, Information Papers, Executive Summaries, Legal reviews, and the Strength Maintenance Operation Message.
  • Provide the status of progress in TMT to the relevant action officer and leadership as necessary.
  • Coordinate teleconferences, virtual calls, and Video teleconferences (VTC)'s between HRR leadership and State Recruiting and Retention leadership weekly.
Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of related experience.
  • Experience with Task Management Tools.
  • Prior experience with the Army National Guard.
  • Must be a US citizen.
  • Active Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
