Job Description

Are you an experienced Program Manager with strong managerial experience organizing, planning, directing, and managing contractor staff? Then we have a great opportunity for you to support our U.S. Government customer.

As a Program Manager, you will:

  • Lead a team of professionals who will facilitate the acquisition of a mix of infrastructure and technology solutions, as well as provide services (systems engineering, logistics, financial management, and acquisition management) across all government mission areas.

A week in the life of a Program Manager:

  • Provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership for executing the requirements of the task order.
  • Lead the identification, selection, and implementation of tool sets to support Program Management functions.
  • Communicate with Leaders and Managers in Contracting and Government in support of the overall program.
  • Assist the Government leads with preparing correspondence, briefingsenior leaders, and tracking actions.

Job Requirements
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must have an active TOP SECRET clearance or CBP Background Investigation or DHS Clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree and 15+ years of experience; or high school and21+ years of experience.
  • PMP and/or DAIWA certified, OR
    • DHS Program Manager Level III Certified, OR
    • 10+ years of direct DHS CBP acquisition program management experience.
  • Expertise in Acquisition and Risk across programs and technology life cycles.
  • Previous experience with the Department of Homeland Security/Customs andBorder Protection
  • Ability to provideguidance and oversight of risks related to Contract and Programs and their technologies.
  • Understanding of systems acquisition lifecycle (e.g. ALF and MD-102).
