Required Skills/Knowledge
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and websites management.
Experience working with a CMS and web analytics platform. Sitecore and Google Analytics experience are strongly preferred.
Graphic design experience with photo editing skills.
Ability to be a strategic and creative thinker with a passion for all things digital.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including AP Style.
Experience leading digital projects, especially those focused on content strategy.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Strong time and project management skills.
Juggle various projects and handle tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Functional Accountabilities
- Maintain the current foundation website, editing content and optimizing the user experience of current web pages.
- Work with CNH marketing and communications team to ensure a consistent experience across the foundation and hospital websites.
- Manage SEO for the foundation websites, evaluating keyword opportunities, tuning content and reporting outcomes to leadership.
- Ensure the foundation website adheres to digital best practices, including accessibility guidelines.
- Monitor web analytics and make recommendations for improving the user experience.
- Manage relationships with digital vendors and prioritize and test site enhancements.
- Work closely with the design, events and marketing teams to execute and maintain a consistent image across all platforms.
- Interface with multiple departments and vendors to evaluate individual project needs and develop new digital features to diagnose and help correct performance issues.
- Monitors new technologies in the web development space to suggest new frameworks and platforms to improve web properties.
