We are seeking Wireless Engineer in support of a critical Law Enforcement customer in Quantico, VA. The work will involve working on a large, complex and classified network infrastructure. An ACTIVE Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain an SCI is required. All work is done 100% onsite in Quantico, VA at a secured facility.
The Wireless Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, developing, installing, modifying, and testing networks, application programs and/or computer based systems. The candidate will translate systems/subsystems designs and detailed designs into fully functioning and architecturally compliant networks, applications, or computer-based systems.
This position requires knowledge of servers, workstations, and other programmable systems such as controllers and handheld devices. The Wireless Engineer will provide advice on differing networking implementations and designs. Provide problem resolution, compliance testing and design recommendations.
The candidate must have hands-on experience with inter networking equipment to include configuration, installation and/or troubleshooting. The engineer will work with senior technical and user staff in a support role on their projects.
