DLZ Corporation has a Civil Engineer - Water, Wastewater and Storm-water opportunity in Columbus, Ohio. Projects may include water and/or wastewater treatment facilities, combined sewer overflow facilities, sanitary sewer stations, booster pump stations, transmission and/or distribution mains.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering field
- 6 or more years' experience with Municipal Water and/or Wastewater project
- Experience in the evaluation, planning, design and construction of one or more of the following projects: Water & Wastewater Treatment Plants, Pump Stations, Water, Sewer, Stormwater and/or Lift Stations.
- Professional Engineer (PE) Registration in the state of Ohio required, or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- Proficiency with Project Management software preferred
- Strong interpersonal and technical writing skills.
- Ability to visit and safely traverse construction and project sites, complying with all applicable safety codes and requirements.
