Job Description

This project is to complete phased work developing an external customer application submission portal to process the loan applications. This external portal and the associated internal business process from the legacy system have already been migrated from the legacy system. The scope of work is to develop, maintain, & implement the submission portal with robust, scalable underwriting workflow and robust/scalable/real-time RESTFUL API user interface with downstream business applications so users/customers have transparency about the status of the application as it flows thru the approval process. The workflow needs to guide the application through proper channels for rendering the final decision based on the approved workflow design. The downstream business applications that the portal will need to integrate with are the client's Oracle Federal Financials system, an Informatica MDM COTS product, an external customer-facing system, a Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence solution, a Documentum Content Management Repository, Salesforce, DocuSign technology, and one external system: Pay.gov. The scope also includes:

  • Executing a full-scale data migration from the legacy system into the new database, then retiring the legacy system and

  • Enhance current system cybersecurity posture & meet Zero Trust Architecture Framework requirements to achieve ATO approval prior to go-live in Production.

  • Develop and maintain a secured Microservices framework, which will encapsulate all business processes.

  • Develop a flexible, scalable, and robust system architecture

  • Conduct full-scale system functional and integration testing, UAT

  • Develop 508 compliant training materials

  • Hold iterative training sessions to train internal business users, external customers, and OM&E Production support team.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure data in the legacy system are fully migrated to the new system.

  • Ensure all historical and current legacy data with status of submitted, authorized, operative, pending, cancelled, closed, or withdrawn are fully migrated to newly developed data model.

  • Ensure all legacy data are fully migrated, verified, and reconciled with Oracle Federal Financials system of record.

  • Develop a comprehensive data migration plan and maintain data quality throughout the data migration lifecycle.

  • Develop the following set of documentation:

    • Data Conversion Strategy PlanData Mapping Document

    • Data Transformation Document

    • Data Cleansing Plan

    • Documentation of data conversion issues/analysis/resolutions

    • Data Load Result Document

    • Data Conversion Test Document

    • Data Model Document

    • Data Dictionary Document

    • Data Transformation Document

Qualifications
  • Preferred experience developing integrations with any or all of the following:

    • Oracle Federal Financials

    • Informatica MDM

    • Documentum

    • Salesforce

    • Pay.gov

  • Agile project experience
