See Yourself as a Senior MLOps Engineer

Our Innovation Team is building disruptive AI-driven products for consumers in real estate and mortgage finance using our massive data and technology ecosystem. We are looking for a Senior MLOps Engineer with prior experience in designing and implementing foundational infrastructure and automation skills to empower data scientists and to ensure a smooth transition of models from development to production. Test. Deploy. Maintain. Monitor. The opportunities to be a part of something totally new and super cool across ML, traditional AI and GenAI are virtually unlimited. You will work alongside our data scientists, data engineers and IT/Infrastructure specialists, and take the lead in crafting seamless CI/CD pipelines and automation solutions for the ML service delivery lifecycle. Your expertise in Python, SageMaker, Spark, CI tools, SQL, Kafka, Kubernetes, and ArgoCD will be the driving force behind setting up fully automated CI/CD pipelines, solving operational challenges, and ensuring the optimal performance of complex systems. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan, setup, deliver and maintain reliable MLOps and DataOps for AI/ML infrastructure and SaaS services as member of data science team, collaborating with data scientists and data / ML engineers and external teams.

  • Build automation for CI/CD and SaaS delivery on AWS, Snowflake and Databricks.

  • Configure and maintain systems including but not limited to Kubernetes (EKS and ArgoCD), Kafka, Spark, ElasticSearch/OpenSearch.

  • Skilled with Python, Git, Containers, CDK, and Terraform, GitLab CI/CD

  • Setup dashboarding, observability & alerts; CloudWatch, OpenTelementry/X-Ray, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.

  • Understand IAM config, least permissions and continually enhance infrastructure security.

  • Identify and automate manual processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Education and Prior Work-Related Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience Required.

  • Graduate Degree in Computer Science or related STEM subject is preferred.

  • 4+ years of professional experience minimum, 5+ years preferred.

  • 2+ years of MLOps experience on a data science team preferred.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Self-driven, team player, capable of innovating to solve difficult challenges with setting up bleeding edge AI and big data tools.

  • Strong communication skills, able to bridge the gap between data scientists, data engineers and external security, networking, DevOps and other IT infrastructure teams.

  • Experience and ability to work in start-up environment.

  • Progressive experience with stress testing and scaling systems.
