Founded in 2002, Golden Key Group, LLC (GKG) is a full-service federal Human Resources (HR) and Human Capital (HC) services company. Since inception, GKG has supported more than 50 Federal agencies and established a reputation of a commitment to excellence by providing consistent, high-quality performance to our customers. GKG is currently supporting the Drug Enforcement Agency's (DEA) Human Resource Division which requires the appropriate level of skilled contract support to ensure statutory and regulatory compliance with day-to-day human resource operations. The successful HR Generalists must possess the required knowledge of Federal HR to support all processing activities needed by the DEA HR Division.

Responsibilities

Employee who processes basic personnel actions by applying logic to operational scenarios and using knowledge articles and other resources. The assistant should begin to develop the ability to work independently to process transactions, collaborating with supervisor and peers to determine the resolution to inquiries and escalating to the specialists when needed.

    Assist with recruitment processes
  • Maintain personnel records
  • Process employee benefits
  • Handle administrative tasks related to HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with federal regulations
  • Answer HR-related inquiries
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Electronic Personnel Folder (e-OPF)
  • Knowledge of PAR processing using EmpowHR, NFC
  • Experience entering data or processing transactions
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to accurately enter data into a system
  • Ability to respond to basic inquiries
  • Ability to communicate orally in order to request additional information
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • At least two (2) years of relevant experience
  • Possess, or have the ability to attain, a Public Trust
