MUST:
Experienced Estate Planning Associate
2+ years of experience practicing law
1+ years of experience with tax law or estate planning preferred
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Must be self-driven and self-starter
Demonstrated proficiency in legal research and writing
Strong organizational and client relationship building skills
Must be barred and in good standing with Maryland Bar.
Strong academic record from top law school preferred
JD law degree required
DUTIES:
Drafting estate planning documents
Estate planning for simple and sophisticated estate plans
