Job Summary

Applied Training Solutions (ATS) is seeking a Modeling and Simulation Analyst - Intelligence Analyst to collaborate with a team of analysts in the research, creation, modeling, and analysis of military systems to quantify the performance and impact of operational concepts and tactics. Utilizes knowledge of model-based system engineering (MBSE) to perform analysis to support requirements definition, mission effectiveness, system evaluation, and military utility assessment for a broad spectrum of missions including combat air, intelligence-surveillance-reconnaissance, and air mobility.

The mission of the MSTP is to provide training in MAGTF across the range of military operations, within the context of a Joint and/or Combined Task Force environment, to improve the warfighting skills, with the main effort of providing training and support.

Required Skills/Qualifications

  • Capable of providing or federating constructive simulations using the MAGTF Tactical Warfare Simulation (MTWS), Joint Live Virtual Constructive (JLVC), Joint Semi-Automated Forces (JSAF), Joint Deployment Logistics Model (JDLM), and Air, Space and Cyberspace Constructive Environment - Information Operations Suite (ACE-IOS).
  • Ability to provide operational knowledge of multiple simulations and federations constructing Parametric Data, Order of Battle (OOB), Equipment Density List (EDL), and Table of Organization (TO) that replicate functional capabilities across Warfighting function and span the levels of war.
  • Proficient in the use and operation of the C2 and simulation systems.

Desired Skills/Qualifications

  • Mid-Level - Bachelor's Degree, 3+ Years Direct Relevant Experience
  • Proficiency using MS Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook skills.
  • Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

  • Normal Office Environment

Travel

  • 10-15%, mainly to Camp Pendleton, CA; Camp Lejeune, NC; Camp Courtney, Okinawa, Japan
